I had the worst experience with SeaPro, I was so disappointed with the warranty and how the handled my boat. I literally had to file suit tying up my boat and money for close to 3 years. When they lost and the judgment was served, that's when they wanted to talk. It literally could've been handled so much better. Hopefully they've evaluated some of their previous practrices.

I love fresh water! I don't think I could live without it. :P

I appreciate the effort you guys are putting into this video. Good, maybe for first-time boat show attendees, but not very helpful for serious boat buyers. BTW, Parker boats are made in the USA. I have a friend who hauls them from the East Coast to the West Coast. I have a Regal 28 Express. Had both a Doral 270 SC and Regal 233 Express cruiser previously. Seems serious boat shoppers would be a bit more familiar with boats they are showing. So much info is available on the internet. I do agree with you that the Cutwater and Ranger Tug appear to be great boats. They were on my short list. It is uncanny how similar the Solara cruiser in this video is to the Cutwater. Just a bit more fancy. Have fun shopping!

What a fantastic job guys! Not only the work but your video was great. If you pour a transom is it stronger than the original with plywood? My boats rated for a 150 if ya poured the transom would it be then rated for a 175 hp outboard?

I'm sorry what is actually anchoring the poured transom to the boat besides the outer fiberglass shell it seems like it would be a strong motor mount but in the last video you weakened the skin a lot with that cut and didnt reinforce the wall to connect it to the boat side or floor with connections bracket

We ordered a Solara S-250 C with a trailer last week. Added the downrigger prep and the Garmin radar -- the only options available other than hull color. It's somewhat similar to the Cutwater C-248 Coupe but with enhancements we like. The 12 inch Garmin display. DES steering, and auto-levelling Lenco trip tabs should make it less stressful for my wife, the Admiral, to pilot it without me (First Mate and swabbie) aboard until I retire in a few years. The kids said "spend every last dime" and we're trying to keep them happy. Most of the year it will be moored at the marina, but fair amounts will find it being trailered behind a Rugged Mountain Denali 3S on a Ram 5500 Chassis cab truck to destinations in the western US and Canada. The versatility to cruise, fish, enjoy towable watersports, and overnight camp checked all our boxes. I like being able to have a hot water shower on the swim platform as an option to using the wet shower in the head when the weather is nice or after scuba diving.

To take a boat off a trailer. Put two old tyres on the ground near the stern. Pull the boat back on the trailer until the stern starts to drop. (hold the bow on the winch cable). Position the tyres so the stern will land on them. Slowly pull the trailer forward, or drive forward with a car. When the bow starts to drop off the trailer, put an old tyre under the keel at the bow. Pull the trailer out and the boat is unloaded. To put the boat back on the trailer, wheel it up to the bow and winch it on, guiding the trailer under it as it lifts up. NO PROBLEM! I have done this many times!

Corvettes are fiberglass and they use automotive paint, looks like paint was under thinned and put on a little dry, if you are looking for a smooth finish you must pay close attention to the reflection to see how wet it is.

I imagine there is only a handful of boat manufacturers who build a solid boat. This goes to show manufacturers with stellar reputations build half-a**ed boats. 🇺🇸
