Great pilot

Interesting how unlike other aircraft the Fouga's wings don't bend upwards under high G load despite being so long. Even in a T-38 if you pull a tight turn you see its tiny wing tilting up... no, I never flew them, a Talon pilot told me.

What FAA?

I went up in the second seat in a Magister for the pilot's full aerobatic routine at an air show. What an amazingly maneuverable aircraft. The multiple barrel rolls made me glad I'd skipped breakfast. Have to say a hammerhead followed by a vertical dive coming out below tree level over Hood's Canal made for quite a ride...
