I believe I suffer the same episodes as you :( I’ve been suffering painful burning non stop head aches for 7 years. I have taken this summer to look for help , so I am looking at my hormones levels , TMJ problems , and allergies . I also let go of red meats 10 years ago and I just found out my b12 and vitamin and iron levels are really low. This burning sensation is something that has affected me and my life and stops me from living my life normal .......I’ve had tension on my neck and shoulders even if I’m not stressed!! i have multiple questions that I would appreciate if you could respond ..:( loving in a world where this happened out of no where 7 years ago and going to 20 doctors brings my hopes down but the fact that I went through a loop hole on RUclips and I’m here is a sense of relief !:)

Hi sweetie. I love the Lakers. I used wipe on my face. Like baby wipes. I cant use a lot of regular products because the mints and eucalyptus. I have so many hair ties in my shower. Some baby shampoo is good. Some shampoos are too strong when cleaning the scalp which drives the "monster" nuts. I wash my hair every other day and use dry shampoo. Good to see you and I get paranoid about putting anything on my face and head too

I love your hair, anything you do would be fine. I always say those who mind don't matter, and those who matter, don't mind. Have you tried any of the trigem medications for pain? I have not yet. Also, can almost smell it, and drooling now. Eating is my biggest obstacle with trigem, just chewing instead of temp.. But any tasty soups, mashed potatoes or other any other foods, I will drool over when you post.

Most neurologists are🍆. They have never felt what we go through and have no fu@#ing idea. I do take lyrica. I also use cannabis which helps. I'm so so sorry you went through that. I feel like any time I see a specialist I leave with way more questions than answers. Idk girl. For me i say Screw them👍🤷‍♀️. Have you ever watched my tn video???

They usually give you a strong dose of adderall. Have you tried a jade roller? I heard its soothing🤷‍♀️ You can get them at dollar tree. Lyrica might work depending on the dosage but I do see why you dont want to take it completely! I think I told you I use cannabis and it's legal where I am and I can not live without it! It does dull the nerve burning pain for me. I'm so sorry you have had such a hell of a week❤ Thanks for sharing and thinking of you xx
