How to fix your Nintendo Nes System(Blinking Red light)
Просмотров 1612 года назад
Here I show you a step by step process on how to fix a Nintendo nes system with a blinking red light.
Ur a goat ❤
IPA is safer
What if the contact is gone?
Will this work for deeper scratches?
I guess it depends on how deep your scratch is. There’s such thing as a light scratch and also such thing as irreparable scratches that are just way too deep
Brasso first, then 99.9% isopropyl alcohol. works every time. no matter how dirty the game is. All my NES games (close to 400) have been cleaned this way, and all now work first try :)
You just saved my copy of inazuma eleven thx 🙏🙏
Bros NES survived ww2 in that condition
That thing need good pc or ordinary pc ??
It doesn't matter
Works for me! I just took the mechanism out that you push down. I didn’t have to tear the whole console apart. I bent every pin up just like you did and it works flawlessly. Thank you!!
How about a q tip?
tks just got a ds with games at goowill, followed your instruction and worked 😉
I’ve tried 9 different splitters. They all said hdcp bypass. This doesn’t work
thanks for the great tutorial, I can now play Monster Jam on the Ds again
THANK YOU GOOD SIR. Just saved like 20 cartridges I just found going through storage. Can’t wait to play Pokémon diamond again
didnt have rubbing alcohol, but scraping the contacts through a disinfectant wipe worked perfectly. let it sit for an hour and it started working. thx gang

I still get a black screen with a splitter. Why is that????
Same
thank you so much i used alchohol prep pads and a toothpick and saved my pokemon black cart
Thank youuuuu. I found a brunch of old 3ds games I wanted to sell but I wanted to make sure they worked before posting them on eBay. They didn’t lol But now all of them do thanks you you (:
Can u also use alcohol ketonatus
You saved my ultra sun I just bought, thank you!!!
Same with me but ultra moon lol
Thank you this helped me
Great video brother we just picked up one of these and will try this method 👍
MIGHT TAKE LONGER BUT TRY IT WITH A TOOTHPICK
brain: why my game so dirty homie...😂
he uses Brain game as a demo 😂😂 always the underdog 😂
Just found this video but I'm at work, will edit comment in 7-8 hours. Trying it out on Elite Beat Agents.
You are a lifesaver. I was so worried I wouldn’t be able to play my game again but I followed your cleaning instructions and it works great now
Excellent, my sons and I have a couple of these to fix! Gracias 🙏
Ima come back to this when I buy my splitter …tryna stream the saw game
Helllo , i know i am late to the party but please is there another solution for when the pins are too high , pressing it multiple times didn’t help and thanks for the vid ❤
Will this method also work with using a Q-Tip? I don't have that little pen tool you used to help clean the cartridge.
good tutorial :)
excellent thanks
Huh?! 😱
Metal on the contacts?? No way, just use a damn toothbrush
What if I have multiple consoles connected to my Elgato through the hdmi box?
would this work for ps2 as well?
This method helped me bring back my super ancient copy of Dragon Ball Z: Supersonic Warriors 2. I had to clean the cartridge three times. It didn't immediately work after the third, but I left it alone for the first half of the day and came back to it working perfectly.
Ik it says not to do it but if it doesn't work, blow into the cartridge. Trust me, it works every time
your nails look disgusting
Hopfully this can fix my mario cart cartridge
I'm using a splitter and it's still not working
Use an eraser with the point!
This worked! Thank you so much
Thx bro
Whats it mean if a game didnt work at all in either 2ds nor ds lite, then i cleaned it like this, and now it works in ds lite but not 2ds? (The 2ds is in better condition and plays all my “newer” games)
Dude, I just pulled it off with a paintbrush and hand sanitizer
Wait till people figure out that the can boil their 72pin connector in a pinch of baking soda or vinegar to completely restore them
I have the blinking red light when there is no game inside, but then I smell something that is burning inside the console. Do you know what that is?
@@mattrockets391 you need to disassemble the console and look. It could be dust or bugs cooking. Or it could be a bad capacitor.
@@LordVader.66 thanks I took it apart and I cleaned every inch of it. It might be the 72 pin connector. It hasn’t been played with for 20 years
Used to use steel wool and a regular spray cleaner back in the mid 90's. Took some color off of the contacts. But every game played amazingly. Prob not recommended nowadays
