Wow 🤯 such an upgrade ! I had to remove the safety cup once or twice but most of the time it's not such a problem but still.. why did they make it so bulky ..? I'm impressed with your mod!! And the fix with the washer is just BRILLIANT! 🎉 My 6ah battery died sooner than 2ah batteries so now it's working on 2ah. It works well even on 2ah :o on 6ah I used it for the whole day on tile jobs. Also the diamond disk from Bosch is with me from the beginning. The machine broke after 1 year and was replaced on the warranty (something wrong with the power button/electronics). Now it's fourth year with no problems.
