I saw that you layered the puff ontop of the other vinyl...but i think you should have punched a hole in the brown vinyl so that the puff vinyl can layer on the shirt itself rather than on the other vinyl beneath it.
The puff I was using can be layered on regular HTV. I made this for my grand daughter a year ago and I has never lifted. There are some puff HTV you can not layer this is not that. 😊
the everythingbling website doesnt work
You should only use a thin outline of a word to layer puff on top because it won’t last as long with a solid background under puff, I tried this way and after a few washes it’s didn’t look as good. But when I did just an out lines then filled it with puff it looks as good as the day I made it.
You can layer this puff HTV and it will last as long it's pressed with a heatpress. I am not sure if you know that every supplier makes there own puff HTV therfore making your outcomes very different with puff.. But I use Siser puff.
what brand of puff vinyl is this??

Can you use any brand of adhesive with foil htv
No...it has to be easyweed adhesive. everythingbing.com/products/easyweed-adhesive

Quick question I have a circuit explorer air 2 what setting should I use iron on or vinyl or customize to cut adhesive vinyl?
I am not sure about cricut settings...but its usually the same settings as your regular vinyl (HTV)
