I got my balloons from Amazon, just look for good quality. The size of the large balloon is 18” and I inflated them to 16” I hope this helps.

Hi, it's a PVC pipe, and it can be adjusted by adding or taking off a 12 inches pipe.

How long did this take to complete at the venue
We had a little flexibility on our venue. I started the night before the event. Maybe 3 hours that night then, another 2 hours in the morning, so that's 5 hours total. Thanks for watching 😊
