@ajipungkasanki7281 yes. Jacket really made it trash because you can't brawl carving/spear without overgear only dodging their spells or blocking with merc hood helps. Before jacket nerf after it ends your CD is 17sec,now it's 27-28(full cdr) . Purge cd is 40.infernal shield cd is 40.Worst build in the patch

im not albion expert but if enemy has charge thing u can cancel it with slash because u'll be invis for a second and since bl not that strong thats why he didnt choose shadow edge to have more dmg but if enemy hard kite then u have to shadow edge to close the gap
