i dont understand christianity... i do and i dont. i dont come from a believing family but i do... sometimes. i doubt a lot. my mind comes up with so many evil things to combat the truth of christ and the bible. i go to dark places. im tired of it. But, when it finally lifts and i again enter the realm of the Lord in my mind and through the bible I feel good again. i want to maximize the good things God can offer. Im not sure what to do next.

I find hard praying sitting get stomach cramps so how does this fit in. I find it easier lying on my bed at night to meditaite . Sometimes my prayers are very powerful hot thats not correct. I do pray sitting as well makes no difference. Same experience.

He says praying in the flesh ,on earthly worries, is worthless! Surely this is not correct. I pray every day. If I have no worries I just pray for God's will in my life. If on any given dayI have worries (earthly fleshy worries!) I pray on them how can I not! I am only human! Don't let this sermon discourage you from prayer 🙏
