You asked! Here's my story on how am I flying around in my own helicopter.
Flying helicopters is not easy. The dedication and perseverance it takes to get through the training and to climb the career ladder is not for the faint of heart. But like I always say, if it was easy, then everyone would do it. I'm just out here enjoying the fruits of my labor...the very hard work it took to get here. And if I can do it, then you most certainly can too.

The mission is to fly a beautiful Bride and her father from Valdez, Alaska to a lodge on Thompson Pass for her wedding. But it is a very cloudy day and the FAA cameras on Thompson Pass show that it is completely socked in...so I'm really not sure that the clouds will allow me to get over the mountain pass to the wedding venue. There's another pass that I am hopeful I can get through but it is a...
Moving the Bell 505 with a Tiger Tug and Weight and Balance, Center of Gravity, CG considerations

Moving the Bell 505 helicopter is super easy with the Tiger Tug. And when I fly it by myself, I like to carry an extra 100 pounds of ballast, in addition to the 25 pounds of "pilot adjustable ballast" that Bell offers as an additional option.

Great back story and very inspiring! I have always believed there is no substitute for hard work! Even with a college degree if that part is missing then "no bueno". I hired many individuals or promoted some that did not have degrees but showed promise and no one ever let me or the company down! I gave them the opportunity and the training either industry-wise or formal college courses as necessary. I can't say that for some of the college grades I hired right out of college and did not have a lick of work ethic ever taught to them. I'm not anti-higher education I am anti-workethic!
