Meri (age32yrs) purani base floating policy ki 8.0L (2007 purchase date ) other than niva bupa insurer ki hai , aur sath m top-up Niva bupa health recharge 95L(2021 purchase date ) ki hai, do i need any correction , 2 saal pehle liye tha upcoming January mein renewal hai. Sath hi base plan m agar koi benifit missing hai aur Top up m entitlement jyada premium category aur extra benefits ki hai toh iska claim milega agar yes toh kaise ?

Hi sir I am having a pre existing skin problem and i had was about to issue the policy of care but they rejected saying that you can opt for this but you will not get no copay and no room rent limit options then what is the use of taking that policy??
