Kindly press both airbuds sensor after u take them out

We hope you were able to successfully reset your earbuds, if not, please take them out of the case and tap 4 times on both buds, put them back inside the case, they should be in sync now, if not, please try removing and adding the device with your phone’s Bluetooth.
