@3eggs55 Actually he died. She never ate him. He lived to be 3weeks old. We bonded with him while we had him. His mother was very attached to him and she would never hurt him. She was a good mother. We will miss him. Rip Loui

@etrnluv i had FOUR males in the same cage, all of them but one passed from old age, not fighting. i had one very old big friendly rat, Sir, another big rat named Pippit, that liked to squeeze out of the cage while i was gone, but he'd always go back. and two younger brother males from the same litter, Loki and Theodor (theo:)). they all got along well, although theodor stopped growing, and passed away sooner than the rest :( rip theo ! males get along just fine if you find the right ones ;)

werent they took young to touch?? wont the mother eat them if they have ur smell? im wondering cuz one of my rats had babies a few days ago, and one of the babies is disabled (born without legs and a tail) and id really like to look at her closer, but im afraid my rat will eat her if she has my smell on her? would it be okay?

Just noticed that a year ago I said that I hoped one day he'd record this song. And he did!! The new version that he recorded is even better than what he sang at the David Foster gala--arranged for Clay--he owns that song now!!

@KeswickCamp08 It did get messy. What I did was buy some linoleum sheets that you stick on. Then all you do is wipe them down and it covers up the gutter around each shelf. :)

im shocked to see you have a dumbo baby!! i didnt get any in my litter! and i read you need both parents to be dumbos to get any dumbo babies, and that you will have only dumbo babies if you breed 2 dumbos, lol
