Dare I say, Matthew Yang King, in MK11 anyway, was the best Liu Kang ever right up there with Robin Shou & Brian Tochi! I'm SO glad that Tom dropped out after MKX, fall from grace in each of his 3 games... MK1 definitely bastardized him, I mostly blame AI, Dominic and Woker Bros for that... He was so badass here, in all roles!

I've learned about voice acting all my life and would normally recognise the voice actors as soon as I hear the characters speak... Or if the characters had their voice actors changed (like N Tropy here). But for the first time in a long time, I honestly thought it was Maurice LaMarche reprising his role as N Brio... and even if it wasn't, I would've never guessed it was Roger Craig Smith... Fair play Roger!

I sometimes couldn't distinguish his voice from that of Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa. Sometimes listening to his voice, I immediately have a flashback image of Shang Tsung, which Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa performed in Mortal Kombat 1995.
