I never perfected tree braids what i use to do to save time is braid the perimeter and sew-in the middle

Hey, do you have a video to where I can learn about micro I’ll be getting them this month on the 10th and the 11th but I can’t find a video so I can have proper knowledge of how to maintain them and how to wrap them up at night and win to put product in and win not to add product Also do you have any recommendations for a good bonnet from micro Locs

I am so glad I saw this. So my plan is to do at least 400 braid locs and mix my actual hair with curly bulk hair at least an inch from the roots. That way my starter locs will match my ends from the jump. I have lower back length relaxed hair and a treatment I did to it made patches break off at above shoulder length. I am going to cut off the damage and install braid locs extensions... I may crochet boho pieces once I finish everything. I'm so excited and I'm going to start this whole process after Veterans Day 2024.

I wore my hair in microbraids for almost 30 years, and got exhausted with taking it down and rebraiding it every 6 months (yes, I waited that long...!Low maintenance is non-negotiable for me! lol) so a year ago in June I had sisterlocs installed... omg... i love them but hated the early stage.. I finally added kinky hair extensions using pretty much the same technique you do... so i was thrilled to see you explain how you did it.. i am in the process of taking out my kinky hair extensions because girl, you know, i really miss my curls that i got to play with when i had microbraids! So I was thrilled to see how you added loose curly hair extensions to your micro-locs! They look FABULOUS!! i really love your first set. I just ordered the signature 12 inch and cant wait to get started. meanwhile, i'm prepping my hair (removing the current loc extensions). You totally inspired me to just GO FOR IT and have the hair of my dreams. The best of both worlds. interlock to keep it tight and loose curl extensions to give me the look I want! Whoohoo!!! Thank you again! You are a blessing to me and so many others! I love your spirit... your videos are not only really educational but you are also very relatable. I chuckled so hard when you said you were going to complete your retie AND remove your extensions in one day!!! it takes me a week to remove and prep my hair and 2 weeks to redo the microbraids - Netflicks is my friend during those times - You are awesome!!!!!
