Me the anniversary sounds more epic
Anniversary definitely has its own style and spin on it that’s for sure. I like the anniversary one, but I prefer the original better personally.
The Anniversary soundtrack is more epic in general and it's both downright amazing at times or it misses the tone entirely at others because of it.

How did you get into the game files and then extract the music files? I've had success with Halo 1 and 3 and I think I can get to Halo 3: ODST, REACH, and 4 with going into the files for MCC but Halo 2 uses a different format. Any help?

This particular track is not unfortunately. Can only be found and heard in the game and the in-game files
So i bought the Xbox 360 Special Edition, the one with the Halo: Reach ONI style. Then i play through Halo: Reach for the first time... And i get the rare Sgt. Buck encounter. "When you first saw this, were you blinded by it's majesty?" Me: "Blinded?" "Paralyzed? Dumbstruck?" Me: "No." "..." Me: "I wuz criyng." "Say WHAT?!" Me: "...It wuz lit, mate. So fuqin lit, mate..."

Both really. This entire mission's Scorpion mix + Scarab mix for both the original & anniversary are fucking dope. They all just scream "BRING IT ON BITCH"

Is this really the music that represented the First Order? This sounds so pathetic.
lynKx :P well I mean it plays when they’re on the Supremecy in the Last Jedi and when Finn and Poe escape in the beginning of The Force Awakens. So I’d say it’s one the of themes that portrays The First Order. It’s not up to par to the Imperial March that’s for sure.
To me the First Order theme is the Kylo Ren theme. It follows the same logic of Darth Vader and the imperial march

Person Nibba I just did a quick search on here for it and couldn’t find it unfortunately, it’s most likely an unreleased track. If it isn’t, somebody might have it on here you’ll have to do a thorough search for it. You might have to look on sites other than RUclips to find it. Don’t worry, I’ve been in your shoes before when I look for this kind of stuff lol. My video here I had to recreate myself because this version of the track was unreleased and didn’t have any official recording, so I tried to recreate it with the actual ost and BOOM, we the actual thing right here!

Dgtl_Chaxs it’s not on the soundtrack unfortunately, I was able to extract this and loop this particular track from a channel who uploads film versions of music in the Star Wars movies. His name is called Filmscore Media, feel free to check out his stuff if your interested!
