Pour 120 ml of milk into a large bowl, then add 6 grams of yeast. Let the yeast activate for about 5 minutes.
After that, add 250 grams of flour, 50 grams of powdered sugar, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 10 grams of milk powder. Stir all the ingredients until well mixed and smooth.
