The State controls all food, shelter, clothing, et cetera, much as a functional family does for their children. The state will give those who need something what they need to survive. In exchange, the proletariat performs the labor to create those things. This system is infallible and without opportunity for error. If one does not work, he does not eat. Thus, all capable workers will work. All who need housing will be given housing by the State. All who are capable will be brought into collective military service for defensive purposes and trained to defend against evil imperialists. Everything will be provided as needed. Because the state is infallible, there will be no mistakes. If a worker does not receive food or housing from the State, then it is clear than the State has determined he is not in need of those things. There will be no criminals, because we will abolish crime. Of course, those who do not contribute will be relocated to work elsewhere. Private property is abolished. Individual industry is criminalized, because a worker who is not working for the State and for his fellow workers, is a thief and is stealing productivity from the nation for his own personal enrichment. The government will have access to worker's private spaces to inspect for contraband, just as Mother can search a child's room with impunity. This is the highest form of human government. This system does not even need a head of state or individual leader. Designated functionaries can serve the necessary government political bureaus. So long as Mommy Government provides for the workers, and the workers do their assigned tasks and receive their allowances, it doesn't matter if Daddy goes out for milk and does not come back for a long time. No world society or government has properly ever implemented full Mommunism correctly.
