couple things: 1. Max Martin is literally the composer & lyricist of the soundtrack of me growing up in the 90’s. 2. Got damn he’s talented. 3. It breaks my heart to see Britney Spears go from one of the most massive stars in the world to where she is now. We all know something’s wrong - but none of us are fully aware of precisely what that is - but the girl ain’t right. I would love to see Britney happy and healthy. She deserves it. (Ps: I live in manhattan and flew to Las Vegas 6 times to see her live in concert.) 4. I’m so glad I grew up with these songs as the backdrop of my teen years. This was when pop music peaked.

I grew up listening to Backstreet and Britney. Had no idea who Max was until 2012. After that, I can almost always tell which songs are his without looking. (Send my Love by Adele and those Ariana songs)

Many of the melodies are taken from Swedish rhymes. Then you become a bit proud as a Swede, even though I personally don't like that type of music. You also almost always hear that it is Max or his school that is behind a song and that makes the music industry become quite boring and sound quite the same. But it's actually not his fault, it's the people's fault. The fact that McDonald's is the world's largest restaurant chain may not mean that it is the best, but it depends on how you look at things.
