he sometimes sits in his little food bowl and sings /dances around in it ... whenever i grab my phone to record him he immediatly stops ahaha awhh camera shy

Help! Does anyone know what it means when a cockatiel fluffs up her feathers and tucks her head under her wing? aside from a little preening that she is clearly doing. she recently started doing this.

Today i found out my young cockatiel is a female .because of this behaviour she's displaying . Raising her tail up high n squeaking ...oh silly girl! P.s the red u may see on her feathers is paint.
