The last recorded time that the Holy Ghost came into people was the Day of Pentecost, after Jesus's ascension. Believers had "tongues of fire" over their heads and were said to speak in other tongues, meaning other languages. The bible says NOTHING about people shaking, seizure-like with the Holy Ghost.
