I agree but disagree, people are primarily playing PVE because BSG will not fix the game. PVE just avoids the major issue people have with the game like hackers, server Issues, and progression.

@@Freezie3k some time ago there was war between SPT and BSG, AFAIK its over now, but it never hurts to check everything, SPT definitely requires legally purchased ETF. GL

I do think PVE is way easier, it’s great for new players and people who don’t have a lot of time to put in though.

They were part of the last event, it was a new AI that protected these cases across the map. I could see them adding them in outside of just events eventually.

I think it was one of there best ideas so far

The event spawned these new Ai's called smugglers that would protected cases that spawned in certain locations on the map. Those cases you needed for tasks and you could also open them for really good loot. It pretty much forced players to fight over these cases which increased the changes of pvp.

@@Freezie3kthis is a really simple trick so don’t get mad at me for assuming you’re a little slow, but bind it to something like a mouse button or something easy to remember and close plus changing it helps you remember because it puts an instance of where you had to interact with it in a different scenario, you won’t need it much as you level up and get more money cos your weapons will jam less if you repair them

Cases spawn on Factory, Customs, Shoreline and Lighthouse. 2 cases spawn for sure each raid, but there are several possible spawn points. You need to find 3 cases and turn them in for the first task. Next task is to kill 25 Smugglers. The last task is to find 15 “Contraband boxes.” To get those, you need a case and a key. Keys spawn in Smuggler pockets. Sometimes. Or, buy for $1-1.2M each on flea. Then, use the key and the case in your workbench in hideout to unlock the case. (9 second craft) Then, unpack the unlocked case and there will be 5 boxes inside. They can be unpacked and contain loot, except contraband boxes. I had to unlock about 40-50 cases to get my 15 contraband boxes. All you get is an M60E 2 mags for it, 2 backpacks, 2 armored rigs and a bunch of M61 and a little M993. Not worth doing unless you’re bored

Finishing the task isn’t worth but opening the cases is id you have the key and the locked case. I made $20 mill from 120 packets.

They aren’t the hardest things to kill, sometimes I can be a little tricky. You can make tons from opening the cases they give though.

It was a grind but over all I had alot of fun.

That’s how it’s been on every map for me besides factory, I guess more can spawn together since it’s a smaller map.

In Customs I got rushed by 3 in big Red and there were 3 more in RUAF Roadblock

Once you kill all 3 they'll spawn again in 3s

was expecting at least some nades lol
