I like to think that we can understand energy in a way that can help us reach out to others like in areas or professions of service. To balance or welcome that energy so we can be better physicians/healers, teachers, counselors, etc or just to be able to understand another's perspective or show empathy.

For example, a person would need to balance their excess divine masculine with more divine feminine traits. I would go as far as to say that every man would need a moon stone due to the masculine nature of many men?

A trait doesn't have to be masculine or feminine like the example you offer. That is stereotype or a paradigm, and definitely a more complex issue that can be addressed with emotion release, hypnotherapy, and soul aligning if the person is willing to work on it and ready to take on that journey.
