For people looking for the exact quote where Etsy CEO Josh Silverman states that sellers can appeal wrongful listing takedowns as Etsy is rolling out their AI bots that are starting to take down listings they suspect aren't handmade, it's at 40:44. Just in case you need it to be a huge PITA for the support staff saying the decision is final. "You as a seller can appeal that, you can tell us how you made it yourself, and it still ended up on AliExpress. And by the way, that's true sometimes. You can appeal that, but our default now is we take that down."
