Inspirational thoughts are: - we can change, neuroplasticity - fear is in the way of action, thoughg, creativity, charm and more - the cause is biology, fight or flight, ancient styles of survival, that is the matrix, it reconstructs inaccurately and weak - focus can strengthen/accelerate/enhance the process - we can get control the subconscious and autonomic, directly or indirectly, that is yoga etc - frame work happiness is long deep kind of happinesses - all kinds of information is available these days, just organize and get clear about real you long or short term will and need - greatness/potential is not so scarce persee, its more determined about cultivation - circumstances can make you go off/delay from the course of progress, but is more determined by your inner factors/intentions - sometimes a specific lie can make perform better that a probable truth
