Love you guys, Talking Grit is the only Lions podcast I listen to because youre both informed and down to Earth. I get a little dopamine bump every time I see a new episode. Was a great game Go Lions.
Thank you for the kind words. We were actually recording a new episode when you wrote this comment. This comment made my night! Also your avatar picture is amazing! GOZER!
Called a chop block. Not a intentional target to the knee
Our Detroit Lions are very crafty and sneaky. No one knows what they're going to do or who they'll turn into an offensive weapon!
Amik a dawg fr
Zupa!!!
Vikings did it 6 different times that game. Show that. This was a legal block by the way, might wanna learn ball, before you look like just another braindead queens fan 😬
His skillset is his hands, he attacks the ball in the air with both hands super physical and aggressive
Is it a dirty hit if it's a legal hit? Most defensive players have hit low before, even some offensive players. But i feel like when the victim gets hurt, then people will say its dirty
He hit him in the thigh board? He didn’t put the crown of his helmet directly into someone’s knee. Everyone goes low. That was never the issue. Kerby Joseph will lead with the crown of his helmet into players knees
He’s tired of his knees getting cheap shotted
9 now
Kraft been dirty
Its a cut block it happens on every run play in the nfl... not dirty😂😂😂
Can we show the clips of Vikings player doing the same crap? Or how dirty the lions secondary plays? Let’s make sure we tell/show the whole story
So the point of posting this was that every team does it, and not everyone is a dirty player.
@ what’s the point of the post then? If it’s a legal play. Kirby Joesph is a dirty player and ppl somehow have a hard time believing it. When he’s had multiple occasions hitting guys below the knees vs other teams. Min cut blocks. No call. GB does it. Flag. Makes zero sense. Drive killers.
@@thegreekfreak3471 your judgment is clouded. You can’t see relative even when the man clipped it up for you.
@thegreekfreak3471 Kerby has had 3 unnecessary roughness penalties in 2 years. One was in this last game when he was protecting his teammate. He is not a dirty player.
@@DJSteezy huh? He posted a clip of a legal play. And was flagged for.
Negative, Brady and the other announcer said the block was completely legal! Get ur facts staright!
@TalkingGrit I don’t think anyone in the comments gets that they are proving you right lmao. It’s honestly hilarious. I don’t think they know you’re a Lions fan.
That hit was so soft and no helmet was thrown at the knee like Kirby Joseph likes to do.
Kirby Joseph got that dog in em
@joepastori616 listen Kirby Joseph is a good safety but he don't have to do all of that shit.
@@tm0484 it’s only on accident
I saw a lot of helmet and him not looking where he is hitting. Also leading to an injury. Apparently different rules for the offense than the defense. I can’t wait for the montage to come out of every “dirty” hits from around the league not from Kirby. Especially from the Vikings and Packers since they love the Kirby Joseph is dirty narrative. Your team is just soft.
@@DJSteezy I mean if it was one time it happened cool but he has done it to several players. The proof is out there, you can act like it's not a thing but three players had season ending injuries because of his bullshit leading with a helmet towards knee tackles.
Funny how he hits low and no flag but Smith hits above the waist and gets a flag for a low block. Fuck the Packers and fuck the refs for not calling this
Dirty
They’ve been doing this block since the beginning of football.
Low man wins
Hey, as a Packers fan. I called bullshit on that flag. Regardless, why you crying?! You still won the game
No crying here. I'm just saying that I don't think all low hits are dirty. Lions fan here!
@TalkingGrit word! Misunderstood what you were saying here lol. Definitely a dirty shot by Kraft 110% and the flag earlier in the game was definitely NOT
@@Burds_Buildssolid bro. Good recovery by you. Much Reapect. I am good with any team from the North. F Philly and F LA.
@TalkingGrit Ofcourse you wouldn't Especially with Kirby loving to hit low
Tucker Kraft isn’t ending seasons
That very easily could’ve been did you not see how his leg bent
If his cleat would have got caught in the turf. That would have been season over and most of next year's, too. I don't believe Kraft meant to hurt him, but Kraft's crying about Kerby Joseph when he does the same crap.
Pat jones left the game
@TalkingGrit total double standard. In his case, the standard is the standard.
He wasn’t crying about it 😭
Looks like this guy is a dirty player too. Hmmm, imagine that.
😂😂😂 its a cut block... totally legal and happens on every run play
@@Person_urjjtjtjto Thanks for clarifying. Hey guys! Apparently it’s only dirty if a defensive player does it! Nothing to worry about. I guess offensive players can hit below the knees and with the crown of the helmet and it’s perfectly fine.
@DJSteezy defensive players can and do it too....
@DJSteezy i guess you never played football
@@Person_urjjtjtjtowhoosh
Loving Detroit having fun while winning 🏆
Great TD!!!
ON Ist Down!!!!!!!!! 82YRDS. TD! WHY NOT????😂
How n hell did St Brown Banu and scored the touchdown that was sweet😅
That play had me fooled sitting on my couch.
Who moves like that??
..you can hear a pin drop hahahaha
Cool but why waste this against the Bears up by 13?
Looked too easy for a 9 yard gain
That was a 13-yard run. That was a first down.
Barry approved
This is filthy. I can smell the defense eating shit from my sister's place in Arizona.
Montgomery would have just ran him over. Both backs are awesome
55 yards in the air!
Next week at San Francisco the Lions will pull out the quadruple reverse play.
Uhhhh
What happens when you hit a the exact right time for the bonus speed boost and the disrespect
Referees have got a hard on for Jamo. He did absolutely nothing wrong on Sunday and said nothing to the Chicago player and the stupid referee flagged Jamo. Both players admitted they didn't exchange any words with each other. Costed the Lions a touchdown possibly. That referee should be fined by the NFL just like they fine the players.
Stevenson was the same one who tripped him on Thanksgiving when Jamo got the flag for the throwing the ball. Twice this season, the refs blew it.
Yall remember when people called Jamo a "Bust"?
I was one of them. Rightfully so. His first 10 games he had just a handful of catches
This is so pathetic
Looking up, back and slowing down to catch the ball, stumbling a bit after the catch and still easily out running 2 other dudes is wild. He is fast as hell.
Goffs arm is 🔥
But that ain't what they say, they say his arm is weak. And can't throw the deep ball.
Explosive!!!
Stumblebum intentionally is wild, ben Johnson in his BAG
Mahogany impressed the hell out of me, definitely a draft steal! 🦁🏈
Totally got me! Haha Love how Gibbs got right up to help with the block too! 💪
He's fast as a shark 😂
