I have adapted to this condition by cutting out caffeine, chocolate and fried food completely. In their place, I have eaten boiled vegetables, steamed meats (usually fish, chicken and pork) and rice porridge (congee) or oatmeal. It has not been easy. I'm also taking nexium (a commercial name for one of the meds you are taking) every day. / The stomach issues are now silent {perhaps dangerously so), but muscle tension reminders are there, so I've been getting some help from a physiotherapist e.g. neck/throat, chest massage. This is to address non-cardiac chest pain and throat tightness caused by gastritis, otherwise known as GERD or LPR. I have seen both a stomach specialist and an ENT. / The symptoms and process of getting diagnosed correctly and finding out what works has been complex and painful at times, but I think people are keen to read solutions, so I will focus on those. If you have non-cardiac chest pain, I'll post some videos on my channel soon, but if you have throat muscle tension, I have already posted some you can watch. Also, hot milk is good for throat inflammation caused by gastric acid

I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy two months ago. Both came back fine except some mild gastritis that the Dr said could have been from the prep. So then why am I in so much pain all the time!? Stomach hurts every day. Feels worse if empty. I also start to feel dizzy. Even water hurts my stomach. I have been eating a more natural diet since 2011 and yet still I am in chronic pain. It definitely makes me feel more grouchy on a daily basis because I just don’t ever feel well anymore 😢.

What makes it so scary is its similar symptoms to stomach cancer and gastritis if left untreated can actually cause stomach cancer

Thankyou I’m going through the same I’ve waited over a year even though I have inflammation in my tests results ,nausea, blood in stools ,no appetite,bloating back pain severe burning in upper stomach and now I have a lump in upper middle I’m finally getting appointments done so I can be diagnosed properly they now are concerned how long I’ve suffered so anyone who is going through this keep hassling your GP and even go to A&E that’s what I did until the doctor at hospital referred me at their hospital now I’m getting things moving ,it’s been horrendous and frustrating of being ignored even though through blood and stool tests showing abnormalities my appointment was being cancelled and shifted I even e-mailed the pals department of this London hospital and that’s when I got heard ,I hope this helps anyone and also I’m a women of faith and My Heavenly Father reveilled this that I need treatment hallelujah
