The die has to be more than 180 degrees to get a 180 degree bend with no kinks. It's a great tool but please redo the dies, the 22 mm die is also very big. It's better to make smaller ones since you can always make a bigger 180 degree bend with a small die by doing two 90 degree bends

Hi, dear friend. It is stainless steel tube in the video. HHW-25S is suitable for cold bending of mild steel tubes and stainless steel pipes up to 180 degree.
