Now they have decreased our salary, also if we are not flying for our basic hours, our salary started getting deducted, no support from our IFE, LWP gets deducted like more than our everyday pay, i even cant understand how this all things make sense😂

I think it's all about situation and luck...i have seen other videos also like" why i did my resignation from Emirates" ," why i quit Etihad", " why i left Qatar Airways", etc ..and they had also issues with their respective management....i am known to a person who is a cabin crew previously working with spicejet but wasn't happy and now working at Indigo and she is quite happy as of now... though i agree that the services of indigo is kind of mediocre

Hi, I'm an aspiring pilot and have option to go with the cadet pilot program of either Indigo or Air India. I know this is a different occupation than yours but it would help if you know if the same employee treatment happens with pilots as well & if Air India would be a better option? Coz with 6E one gets command quicker, build hours faster which helps one move to a bigger airline & since it's the only Indian airline which has been profitable for so long, has the biggest market share, is expanding like crazy. Plus if you have any idea how Akasa treats their employees? We all know about Spice.

Hey Param I am so so proud of you I joined indigo in 2022 around may and this year around July I left indigo I worked for almost 2 yrs and one day idk why but I realise that I was not happy at all. People who are working on base (IFE) not at all supportive and we were doing literally 4-4 sectors everyday with minimum rest period. After a point I was literally depressed I was reporting sick frequently I use to cry and then I took this decision it was difficult but I did it. Right now I am joining another domestic airline yes there are people who told me that this organisation is huge why you are joining such a small Airline but at the end of the day I am happy and I realised that I want a good environment and I am happy wherever I am today.

Do eitihad hire freshers in reality as I have seen every experienced people working with eitihad? can you make video on that?
