I miss my church having both a choir and orchestra. :( They did until the previous pastor came, and while he was zealous, he had no wisdom. He had an agenda to turn our church into something that it's not. He took out the orchestra in favor of a "praise band", hiring a guy, to lead the "band", who didn't lead rock and roll but leaned that way. It upset many people, and they left. This pastor ruined our church's music. :'( We used to sing this song, but haven't in a long time. The choir is much smaller.

I went on a mission trip to China back in 2005. We visited a house church in an apartment building. Yes, they parked far away or walked there. The amazing part is that a few days before, they put a sign outside the building with the date and that due to an "electrical issue" three floors would be closed. They were the floors below and above and the floor the apartment was on. No one questioned it. The worship and Bible Study were phenomenal. They take it so much more seriously than we in America do.

True, hypocrisy is universal in the many different faiths and that we should try to live our lives as close to Jesus’s walk as possible! Every person does have their own struggles and we should have empathy to all of those around us! I feel that we, as Christians, have our own struggles and walks with Jesus! We have our own personal relationship with God!! As Roger Williams said long ago, “I’d rather go to church with a hypocrite than to go to Hell with one!” We all have wrestled with hypocrisy and thank God, we are forgiven when we fall short! There are hypocrites everywhere. We tend to focus on others hypocrisy while we slip right into it ourselves. 😢Thank God we can ask for forgiveness!! Tell Melissa that Waffle House may not be too bad!!
