Now that Slippi does free Ranked days regularly, it should definitely be a free Ranked day moving forward so that people who don't want to play on the banned stages can still have an option to play regular stages via Ranked.

Early 2000s Melee was a wild time! The main texture pack is Animelee www.animelee.xyz/ and then I also use an "energy overhaul" pack that makes the fire, ice, and shock effects look more aligned with the Animelee style ssbmtextures.com/other-mod-types/assets-non-character-specific/animelee-energy-texture-overhaul/ I swap the Dolphin/Slippi/Faster Melee aspect ratio to 16:9 widescreen and voilà! There's my visual build.

Thanks for watching! The only thing I've done regarding textures is install Animelee and the Animelee Energy Texture Overhaul. I don't exactly remember what the process was from when I installed them, but hopefully that information answers your question!

If it had a "builder" mode and wasn't just RNG, I'd say absolutely. But even as-is, quite good as a practice tool. And certainly a lot of fun! I love just being able to unwind, turn my brain off, and run through these endless levels. Nothing fancy. Just running and jumping. Love it.

My thinking really isn’t, like, “our Meta can’t evolve” but things like this, the fact that competitively viable characters are basically 8 out of 27, and that i want to see Mr. Game and Watch actually L Cancel, it’s just a pain. I definitely don’t want to nerf top characters, that’s lame, small buffs to these characters and larger ones to low tiers would be nice Sorry for yapping

@@MoR0NNIE Fox and Falco having Up-B landing lag that is 75% as long as Bowser's jump squat is an abomination and I will die on that hill. Their Up-B landing lags should be AT LEAST 12 frames, and I'd venture to say 15 would be most appropriate. 6 frames is absurd. @@Key019 funnily enough I want to so badly make my own tier list because most of the low tiers just need a few things to be better and the game would be ridiculously balanced. Idk the legality of it all, but if Nintendo isn’t giving us the Melee we need, and we’re willing to do a UCF “patch” I feel we can do a patch for our characters.
