The fence outside should be replaced !! A house that expensive should have new everything !!
Beautiful Home !! I would switch the dining area for the living area. The laundry area is somewhat smaller than I prefer. Overall, Home Is Gorgeous !!
Beautiful !! My family is from New Orleans !! Some relatives bought homes in Gentilly after graduating from Dillard University in the 1940's and 50's. They were elderly and moved out of New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina !!
The hardwood flooring in these home are so beautiful...❤ The dining room kitchen concept as you enter the home grows on you.❤

First problem when you add homeowners insurance on top of note probably looking at 2800 a month than property tax and shitty roads.
That second living area, here in Westchester, NY would be called a Mother In Law Suite. Like if you have your parent (s) or in-laws living with you permanently, or visiting long or short term they can have their living own space. But here it's usually located in the lower level of the home. Like a finshed walk out basement. Very interesting I never seen a house layout like that before. The wood floors are everything.
Thanks for watching Diana! We also used the term "mother in law suite" in Louisiana too. But what we don't have here are basements because New Orleans is below sea level lol I'm originally from the Carolina's and basements are a thing there!

The kitchen is gorgeous! Love the pool 😍 I would use the other house for entertaining. That way I can stage parties without having to change my personal space. Great if you like theme parties! ❤️❤️❤️
