I quit worrying when it was keeping me awake and I REALLY had to go to sleep. I finally decided that whatever it was could perfectly well wait until tomorrow. I found I just never worried after that!

I like the way you explain these difficult concepts a lot. Thank you very much. 1 thing I am struggling to understand. "The concious mind should go out of the way". But we still have our concious mind, it is there ( pysically ) and I can't imagine how to operate "without" concious mind. Aren't we almost robots then ? Do I see it right the concious mind gets another role, from taking action on the fear/doubt/... to consciously decide to take no action and put it aside. Or maybe I think too "practical". Just curious how you think about that. 🙂
