Is this house for sale ?

"Painful" is the best word to describe my journey with Ridgewater. I have proof on every point mentioned below. I am also in the process of taking them to the court and asking them for my deposit + compensation. - On my first visit to Ridgewater (March 2022), I explained that my land is expected to be titled in Q1 2023. The salesperson said that we will get a price freeze for 12 months, and we can "easily" extend that if needed. However, when we moved to the contract phase, they has a clause in the contract saying that I need to provide them unconditional approval in 210 days, then they will add 3% for 90 more days, then 4% for extra 90 days. This means that by the time my land gets settled, I will have to pay them 7% as penalties! - I paid $3000 as a deposit on March 2022. - After signing the first Quote, we agreed on a few upgrades. Their salesperson offered us a few "free" upgrades. However, when we moved to the contract phase, I found them charging me for all these free upgrades! - When we moved to the contract stage, their contract was a standard HIA contract (great yeah). However, they attached what they call (Future Pricing Agreement), which makes this contract more of a one-side contract that allows them to 1. take all my money and everything I own if I don't pay their invoices in 3 weeks (funny yeah) 2. the contract allows them to increase the price by 10% or cancel the job before or after the contract is signed and construction starts if they have any shortage in labor and/or material and if prices increase for labor and/or material. - When I said I am not signing that they went back and changed the condition and removed the 10% part. this means they can increase the price by any percentage they like. They were expecting me to sign the contract and I refused. - Then they changed the whole condition, and asked me to get unconditional approval in 210 days (even if my land will settle after that), otherwise, I need to pay 3% for extra 90 days and 4% for a further 90 days extension. - Again, I told them I will not sign that contract. At that stage, they said they will not change that condition anymore. They said either I sign the contract as it is or lose my deposit. - They said they don't make custom contract. However, my in-laws and my friend have signed and in the process of signing contracts with Ridgewater and their contracts were different than mine. This company doesn't respect their clients and they don't respect their word. I am in the process of escalating that case to the court asking to form my deposit and compensation for the 3 months I spent negotiating with them.

Good Lights in Kitchen Bulkhead. Where to get these ?

Well I just saw the entrance, master BR and the living room/kitchen . Would be great if there is full coverage of the house. Alternatively if there is a link provided to the floor plan of the house that would be great. Actually if the floor plan is displayed at the beginning or end of the video that would be great to visualize what we are seeing.

Melton is HORRIBLE! unless you love being robbed, burnouts, druggies, junkies and loud bogans.... Stay Away!

Avoid Melton at all costs, its full of druggies, bogans, hoons, scum, over grown lawns, bunt out cars, you can hardly walk the street without getting robbed, even during the day by junkies
