How does this prove cheating?
Group parse was implemented in 7.x, if you look at the parses, they had sustained dps with 0 apm. If you check their stats, you will see they run no alacrity, stack into crit, meaning they're not even meeting the minimum alacrity for a 1.4s gcd. The third part programs / illegal macros some pvp'ers / cheaters use essentially does their rotation for them, so they only have to WSAD, and maybe click a med pack. It's a well known thing that's been going on for years.
