Я когда делал свои грифы Инча ориентировался на длину 125мм - у меня ладонь средняя по ширине, запас около 2см на грифе есть. А в целом думаю неплохая идея делать размерный ряд - M, L, XL, чтобы каждый подбирал основываясь на ширине своей ладони

Amazing record, insane result! 24kg is an outstanding lift for this handle! It seems some handles are more suitable for female hands, it is rare but it happens. Also sometimes bigger manly hands are a disadvantage. Anyway there are a ton of griptools, some athletes are designed to dominate absolutely some of them and if you combine this with hard work and strength miracles happen 😊 No matter what well done to this amazing athlete 💯🥇
