I was in a four car pile up. I hired lawyers, and its proven to be one of the worst experiences of my life! A year after the accident, 5 pieces of glass were removed from my arm - from the accident. They're telling me that its too late now. What? Does that sound right? I had to pay $430 of my own money to my insurance for the surgery, and the lawyers are telling me they can't do anything about it now.

What should have happened is they should have shut down the road they were doing this on which if you wanted to you can get the permits to have the road legally shut down so that you can do this Sometimes you can even get highways temporarily shut down for this

If the.motorcycle had hit the.brakes rather.than tevving the engine there would have been no impact. Yes the van was at fault but the motorcycle was also at fault for revving rather than breaking.
