    2:23 This is Because the deep the Water ( flood) Will Push the rocks in the pool , up on to the Riffles . Water Doesnt Compress, so more Water, more that Rock is going to move . ( as long as the Water can get under the Rock) its why you see Flat rocks Facing up in a Stream .(in a Have V Shape)
