Rēsh-1 is stronger than Alpha-1, They fought in one squad against two at once, Alpha-1 and Omega-1. Resh-1 are better trained and more classified. Their appearance alone is already intimidating. And Resh-1 has more technological equipment, when Alpha-1 mainly uses conventional equipment.
