Not very easy to reproduce, unless placing an order to be made by you. How much you would charge? Next time in painting your hose reel, make sure to take care of the AC unit as well. It is heavily rusted.
By far the best hose reeler I’ve seen and made with pretty obtainable parts. I would buy one!! Guess I’m going to have to attempt one myself! Great video. Thank you.
Where did you bought that female adapter? What is it called. I went to Lowe’s, Home Depot and 2 other local stores that sell all kind of pipe adapters and no one has an adapter for the swivel that I got from Amazon.
Велосипед жалко, очень хороший был. У меня 2 шланга 3/8 по 50 метров каждый на диск автомобильный может не поместиться или будет очень тяжёлый. Для вашего короткого шланга Эта задумка то что надо. 😊
Gonna build four of these reals for my property ... By the time I'm finished I'll have 6 total! .. I really like this idea and being able to remove it for storage for the winter! .. Great job on the design.
good design, an improvement would be to stop the hose mount from spinning when you are winding or unwinding, you need another latch similar to the one that stops the spin. Greetings.
Your hose reel is the better than any on the market. The only thing I would do differently is use a hose quick connect on the flat bar instead of the swivel because quick connects will allow the hose to swivel but they cost a lot less and are available at local hardware stores as well as amazon. Nothing beats the repurposed bike parts. Thanks for sharing.
Usually I would criticize homemade craft for no reason but u sir are alright. I'm trying to get ideas to make a mobile, stable, and leak free reel in my shop.
Seen these before this is the old school hose reel most of our grandparents made back before WW2. You can pass this to your great grandkids if your welds are decent!
Your hose reel is outstanding!! Congrats on your design and actually building an operating reel. Using the bike parts was genius. Thank you for sharing.
I have a bunch of old bicycles and old car rims and need 5 hose reels and was going to build them the hard way, now your great idea will make it a lot cheaper and easier, by the way reels like yours cost $175-$250, I also have a lathe and will make water swivels for next to nothing, again slick idea THANX!
Genius! Do you sell these? I have no idea how to weld but I would love to have one just like this. My advice, get a patent on this puppy! Thanks for sharing.
11:39 You can never have enough hoes... just rotate them... and you have all the hoes you need... Thanks bro!!! This video taught me in so many different levels...
You've made an actual reel that spins! THANK YOU!8 I just wasted my time watching some other guy attach a wheel to the wall wall so he could coil the hose by hand and drape it over the wheel.
it wasn't a waste of time Pilgrim, it's the process of learning how and find the best idea. This model is ok but not the best, it's very laborious to weld all those gears like that, I'll pass.
Nothing easy about this need to hire a welder with brains (bet that's pricey part for most) haha! but I just so happen to have this kinda guy! thanks for sharing
Cool
Far superior than any plastic one you would buy. Make it yourself, to your specifications. Something made with pride.
Pretty ingenious. I wish I had a welder. And a rim. And an old bicycle.
brillant !
Nice job. Cleaver idea

7:51 "is a beast" a beast that only holds 15 ft of hose. I don't think you know the meaning of the phrase.
love it but will never be able to follow lol
Miguel you are a MacGyver

Patent this. There is nothing on the market that comes clost to this!! I cannot weld. Sure would like one exactly like this!
Brilliant!!! Just what I need. But can't build myself. I would guess a welder would charge me $300-$450 plus materials. Bummer.
Genius mind
Nice cuban invention
Awesome job! I can't understand why the thumbs down.

Very Good!..

Great idea 😃😃😃Thanks
Wow, smart guy right here. SO CLEVER!
Nice, thanks for the video! Link to the swivel?
Only one word, a geek

Excellent !

Excellent.
Compared to the cheap crap they sell for hose reels, this thing really is a thing of beauty!
Briliant
Can you mention the parts you purchase online to make this
Wow this is great Good Job Sir

What is name of the item that you ordered from amazon. (Universal joint) like
it is a half inch female tread swivel
@@miguelespinal3882 can't find one for water. Is it the hydraulic one?
Well done!
Bravo! Great design and function.
Very clever and well done sir!

Absolutely Ingenious...you covered all the little things nicely...GREAT job! Is the interior water pipe metal or pvc?

And that other guy called it a "reel", LOL.

Very good idea and possible to do without welding. Real cost about $130 -$200
Heads up to Miguel Jr. , Hide your stuff, senior got a welder, and they both work!! °~°
Awesome stuff...not something for your everyday joe..but def. cool design.
Why? Aside from welding...which you can take to a shop or just use hardware...what's overly complicated for anyone?
Excellent idea, well done. Thank you.
It's a beautiful thing for sure
