I noticed you ate all the noodle dishes without any mixing. Just an fyi all Korean noodle dishes are supposed to be fully mixed before eating. Jajangmyeon is normally made with pork belly. I have never heard of a version with lamb. There is a bit of a bite to the black bean paste in jajangmyeon, so I suspect had you mixed it very well you would have found the lamb gaminess would have been greatly reduced. I wish you had tried the dish that earned the Michelin star because I am curious about your opinion on it.

Reading these reviews really confuses me because being there last month this place was disgusting. The owner was extremely rude. After eating there I got sick and I knew the hummus tasted funny. It had a sour taste to it, which I thought maybe they added too much lemon, but I think it had gone bad. Whatever they did last year they’re not doing it this year. Because horrible place do not go!

Was craving some Korean cutlet pork chops so I re-watched this video tonight

My usual 3 top picks for cart noodles is :curry fish balls+ pork skin+ wonton. Adding Satay or more Curry sauce on top is a must.

Its great to be able to see vendors doing well and continuing the legacy of traditional Hong Kong street food.

Many youtubers have filmed areas around Bryant Park but this is the only channel that shed light into this wonderful restaurant.
