@@Lsaboteur if you go into device manager do you see the GPU under display adapters? If so try right clicking on the 970 and updating the driver that way. If not make sure you are fully seeded in the slot and the GPU connector isn’t damaged.

@@AMaineiac The slot is brand new.. SO pretty sur is good but I cant see if its damage or not. The fan moce like just a little bit one by one. ** In device manager I got this ( sory i translate with google from french ) pci encoding/decoding controller and no driver for it. But if i try to make a automatic install, it dosent work

@ how do you have a new 970? I would suggest getting to the cards website and download the driver directly. Only other thing I could think of is the card is no longer supported.

@ollicron7397 In my stream, I stated I support Pirate Software and think all the crap he is getting is because of things that were not his fault or responsibility to handle. All of the harrasment, doxing, and threats are completely uncalled for, and those doing them should be arrested. The people doing them and streaming for inciting violence with hate streams pushing those crazy people.

I don't see why not. Plug them both in, update the GPU software in the Device Manager (so it has the lates and greatest) and give it a go. Worst case it does not work and you can take the cards out.

More like 20-30% in most cases. For the premium you're paying and the short lifespan of GPUs, seems excessive.

@@maxdamagusbroski Nah its more. Take a look at HUBs 1440p average for example. And nearly double the FPS for the 4070 with RT, its just different leagues.

Bruh you missed the entire point of his rant. Also he didn't say he wanted free stuff he said that creators could give their products to popular streamers and that that would be better marketting that spamming ads, and i honestly agree. The chance of me buying something from an ad is lower than the chance of me buying that product normally.

@musiclistener9215 as you can see in my video, I am comparing the displayed spec (from Newegg) of both the 4070 12GB GPU compared to the Intel arc B580 12BG GPU. They are similar. You are correct. The GeForce 4070 can handle 4k at 60FPS but not for sustainable long periods of gameplay. The Intel Arc B580 can handle 1080 to 1440 at 60FPS for sustainable long-term gaiming. That being the only difference, I don't see them being that different. Plus, if your intent is to save money on a quality GPU, is paying over twice the price worth it for a monitor a normal person can not afford? Most 4k monitors cost anywhere between $300 and $1000. Depending on the refresh rate and screen size. I appreciate your comment and pointing out that difference. I welcome viewers to provide the facts I miss. 😁

Nvidia gpus Drop way more fps than amd and prob intel too, which means that the fps numbers may be higger but the frametime no. The fluid sensation may be the same or even worse tbh

@@AMaineiac Displayed specs, particularly across different architectures and product lines, are pointless. It's the fps that matters, and again and again benchmarkers show the 4070 gets ~50% more fps than what Intel claims a B580 will get. Whatever resolution you use, you will get far better framerates on a 4070. If you want to make a buying guide for 60fps gaming, that makes sense, and it's reasonable to say a person doesn't need a 4070 for 60fps at 1080p high, even for modern games. And that a B580 will do 1440p 60fps for most games today, and 1080p 60fps for years to come. But this video is also telling someone "hey, if you were thinking about getting a 4070, don't! Get this instead, it's just as good for half the money!" which is absolutely untrue. Not everyone is targeting 60fps while changing their resolution to achieve it. A lot of people are targeting higher refresh rate. A 4070 can do 1440p 144fps in many games. And those monitors are like $150-200 these days. It's certainly a price premium- 100% more money for 50% more performance. But it's not 100% more money for 0% more performance, and that's what someone would understand from this video. They're both good cards, but they are *very different cards* for different situations.

@@Fumetsoul This is made up. I don't even know what you're talking about, but whoever told it to you has no idea what they are talking about or is lying. GPUs don't drop frames like a videogame stream. Fps is calculated by frametimes. If you're saying the frametime pacing is worse on Nvidia- that it stutters more or has more frametime spikes, that's also just... untrue.

Half the price for similar performance is still great. Sure it doesnt go up against the 4070, but for a similar price to the 3050 it is drastically better and an amazing budget gpu.

​@@AMaineiacAs long as your main gpu can handle it. The encoding card is dedicated to just that. So there's no need to plug in, however, if you just wanted to do so it won't hurt , however, that's more strain and tasks placed on your encoding GPU now.

A few things. First I never said it should be removed, just age restricted. As I showed in the video the one exposing this content can get restricted, but the content does not? I will have conversations about this kind of thing with my kids when they are older, but as I showed anyone can get this. But kids should not be seeing their favorite cartoon characters getting extra work done because she got bills to pay. The wonderful thing about having the settings of my videos is they are not intended for children, and you can set that. Otherwise kids could find my video. If they can, that only proves the problem with RUclips. It may seem drastic/excessive but I am not one who wants kids exposed to s3xual content before they even know what s3x is. That is called grooming.

@@diplenski I do agree with your point that you should not hide kids from the world. Doing so will create this class of people who can't handle what is really out there. At the same time keeping kids away from these topics is important to just let kids be kids and grow up. This is why I took my kids off RUclips. When they get older I won't shelter them from what is out their. My oldest is 8 and when she becomes a teenager I do intend to talk to her about these topics and allow her to use the internet. The best tactic I found growing up is what my parents did with me. if you don't want your kid to drink beer, have them try it at a young age. It will taste bad and they will hate it. If other pressure them into trying it they will feel compelled to be just like them and like it. I think this can be applied to most things to including the internet. But not everything. Other more "adult" things require a talk, even if it is an uncomfortable one.

@ElysiaWhitemoonOmega what 2025 plan? Do you mean getting rid of illegal immigrants that cost the Americna people hundreds of millions of dollars a month? You are aware those teriffs were imposed from 2016 to 2020, and prices were much lower. It was not until Biden got rid of them that prices went up. Also, the auto industry was forced to open more plants in the US, causing more US jobs and prices to drop because shipping outside the US was not needed. Again, the price of vehicles only went up after Biden stopped this.
