Hola Mario gracias, en mi experiencia ese día por la manana previo a la carrera estabamos alrededor de 8 grados y para el trayecto empezamos con tipo 12 y subio alrededor de 20 a 23 para el medio día, el clima es seco. Hidrátate bien previo a la carrera y durante el curso. Recuerda que hay un trayecto largo de subida por lo cual debes llevar un ritmo que te permita sortear esa fase satisfatoriamente. Mucho éxito!

Yes, keep your pace strategically because is at least 21km uphill. You can do it and enjoy it. Best wishes!

You will enjoy it, it's a very special race. Start slow, first 5k are downhill. 6k-15k are flat with the exception of the 12th km. Be very Conservative until then. 16th k is steep but eases of after. Then from the 19th to the 31st km it is all uphill with, 20th,21st, 25th,26th and 31st km being especially rough. If you manage to be in a good state at the 32nd km it is all downhill from there and motivating since you are entering into Athens proper and the crowds grow.

Thank you bro, definitely it is a must to run "The Original" where everything started for every runner. Brutal yes, about 20km running and running uphill, but in the end, it is worth it. Don't forget to buy your T-shirt with the headline "Flat Marathons Suck". All the best in your race and I can't wait to see your video. For me, I will be running Berlin as well this year. Cheers! 👊
