A simply small brake makes much more damage on your tire, this is very low speed friction with low temperature. Do you know how much damage your tire is having when you drive 120km/h? 220km/h? (In Germany), you will be shocked.

Obviously you won't do this every time, but those times when you've got a space big enough for the car, but too small to get into this will be a lovely trick!
This is nothing comparing to a small brake. Speed and temperature makes hundreds times more damage comparing with low speed low temperature friction. Don’t believe it? Do 100 times this manoeuvre your tire is still new; drive half an hour high speed on the autobahn your tire is screwed.

You won't use this feature for everyday driving, only in special situations.
Everyone says that, but tire usage is close to non existent at such low rotation speed and on such a short distance. Compare a 10 second parking maneuver to high speed driving for hours on a road surface that can easily reach 65 °C in the summer, not to mention hitting rocks, holes, bumps, etc.

@@Dragonix_jinyeah he's absolutely right. This won't have much damage on your tires. It's not like tires are not rotating and just sliding on asphalt. Both aft tires are rotating in a different direction that's all. Braking puts more stress on tires than this.

Most BMW cars are much more expensive than BYD, easily double the price, and in BMW 4S stores in China, you need to pay extra to buy them, otherwise the sales at the 4S store will say they are out of stock or unable to place an order. And they don't like customers who pay for the car outright, and they really like to let the customer apply for a car loan, even if the customer can pay for the car outright.
