Thank you for this content. Your Hawaii reviews continue to be better than most of the other travel channels. I particularly liked the Royal Hawaiian hotel content. The US Navy used that hotel for military personnel housing during World War II. I read a book from a naval aviator (“Never Call Me a Hero” by Dusty Kleiss) who stayed there while on liberty during the war. I’d agree that Waikiki has a depressing aspect to it. Many of the stores are national chains and very little of it looks truly Hawaiian.

Ah yes. Roma, Texas. Theres a lot of history here in the 956. Thank you for admiring it. Not sure if you went further passed Roma to the town/village of Falcon Heights. Its about another 30 minutes or so. It'll take you to the Falcon Lake. Its pretty dry must nice to go check it out. Its a state park, too. Enjoy. Stay hydrated.

Hey there! I have a 2 wheel drive Mitsubishi Mirage, do you think it will be fine on this road? It has 14 inch wheels, but also it has 6 inches of ground clearance, so not as low as a sports car. Higher than a Prius.

I’m 57 and lived here all my life, watched the valley grow, it’s safe, clean, the people are friendly,and border control is doing their job!! Do you see any tents of homeless anywhere around? This is old mcallen you need to go say north 10th past Trenton too..
