    Good presentation. Audio is superb now. Video, its background, presentation all are excellent. Congratulations. Two points - commencement of the Act was in pre independence period, 1982 amendment of the definition of "industry" is not given effect through a Government notification.

    There is a historical error occurred in the video. The ID Act was given effect from 1st April 1947. So we can't say that it is an Act passed after India's independence. The amendment to the definition for industrial dispute has not yet been given effect so far. We are following the guidelines issued by the Honble Supreme Court of India to decide the term Industry.... However good effort... Congratulations. Thank you so much 🙏
