Tested hard, in high winds, so you can trust your tent in your most demanding adventures 💨 Our trekking tents have to pass a 70km/h wind test (from all directions) in order to be validated. what are the measurements without the little top bag on?
Es ist schon eine Frechheit. Ich kaufe dieses Produkt im Laden in Deutschland. Es ist ein QR Code auf der Flasche. Ich werde weitergeleitet auf eine Bedienungsanleitung mit einer mir fremden Sprache. Im Laden war keiner der 5 Mitarbeiter, die es brauchte um es zu finden, in der Lage mir die Anwendung zu erklären. Keiner der Mitarbeiter war sprachlich in der Lage überhaupt zu verstehen, was für ein Produkt ich wollte. Und das Mitten in Deutschland. Macht doch einfach eure Geschäfte zu. Ich kaufe zukünftig meine Produkte nur noch bei einem deutschen Campingausrüster, dann eben online aber ich kann mich auf Deutsch telefonisch beraten lassen, zur Not.

Great video! Though I've always wondered how layering works for your bottoms. The most common option I've seen is a wool legging and a softshell, and that seems to work for almost all conditions. The other debate is, would you consider the wool legging your underwear, or would you put on some boxers under? Love to have your opinion on this!

It is TREK 900 SYMBIUM not MT900. MT900 lacks bottom straps.
This one (TREK900 which is older model) in my opinion is better than MT900 which lacks also left bottle pocket + left pocket.
Do you happen to know how heavy this backpack can carry?

I love the tent...the weight, the easy setup and nice price. But the fact that is white I decided to buy a different tent. If it would be in grey, green or brown this tent would of been 10/10

Does it make sense to use the spray for non-waterproof clothes (shoes, backpacks etc.)? Or is it just for waterproof stuff?

that's the cost for high comfort and lot of accessories, pockets etc.. If you're looking for lighter options, check out the MT backpacks range, but you won't have a suitcase like opening etc. Have a good day

It eas flapping like crazy. And you only showed it in such winds for a few seconds. This tent would likely be destroyed in 70km winds overnight
we compare it to other tents (including from competitors), and this one performs the best. But you don't have to believe us ;)
@@simond_trekking are you comparing your tents to a Lidl bin bag or what? 😂. You can tell by the way the tent is moving in the wind that one: you ain't getting no sleep, and two: fabric will get damaged from sustained exposure to such winds. Also a white tent? Good luck getting any sleep in that. The moon will light it up inside and in the morning the sunlight will be unbearable. people choose dark coloured tents in summer for a reason (mostly green, brown, etc). I like your clothing that you sell but your tents are hilariously bad. You could be the REI of Europe if you started taking tent design seriously, but so far your designs are extremely poor and weak, and cheap materials. You need to start making silnylon tents (silicone on both sides) anything else is just mass market crap that will end up in a scrapyard in a few years.
Well, we've got external lab test reports including MSR and REI best sellers.. so we're proud to say that our tents, especially this model, performs very good in high winds. Customer feedbacks on wind/storm resistance are also very good. But that's totally fine if you personally don't like our tents/gear and prefer other brands, as long as you enjoy your bivouacs! When experiencing 70km/h in the real world, it's useful to tighten the guylines to reduce flapping. Most fabrics strecht a bit when it's very windy.

what's the difference between this one and the tavel 500?
the back is more comfortable, more volume, more pockets, removable top of the bag.. quite a lot ;)
