Neill's Materials Face Armature (Part 3/3)
Part 3/3 - Introducing Neill's Materials' Face Armature Set. Simple but incredibly useful the face armature is a vacuum formed mould of a corrected life cast with keys which has multiple uses. Used in conjunction with our face armature the moulding jacket has multiple uses, including as a retaining wall when moulding sculptures are created on the face armature.

When you casting silicone with 3d printed mold, Have you encountered any problems silicone doesn’t cure properly ?
You can seal the resin with a clear coat spray paint or mold release or warmed petroleum jelly. So you don’t have to worry about the interaction between the two .materials.
Thanks, cant wait to try it out. Struggling with UV resin .Like the way you show your mould making ,I can see where I am going wrong. Cheers Nick
Dear friend, the possibility of guidance on the production of acrylic resin from acrylic acid!!!! Do you have the production method and monomers used?
What is the subject? Please answer me quickly. I want to do the same " ،
This is using Skin Imitator on-skin silicone from Neill's Materials
❤
Thanks :)
What material is the yellow pus made from
Hi, it is still from Skin Imitator Silicone from Neill's, just with a little white and yellow pigment added
Please do we these products in Nigeria?. If yes, give the location and phone number please. Thank you.
which 3d scanner model has been used for this "pores-level" scan result ??
The scanner used in this video was the Revopoint Pop 3. You could get even more detail with the Mini 2, but you would need to do it with the eyes closed
Wow. I am amazed with the details provided. Look forward to creating a lot of things with A1.
Was that A + B you put onto the cling film?
Yep, just a 50:50 mix of A and B, with no part C. To make the sheets to rip up

I'm the first person to like your video
Sooo coool
Thanks! We really enjoyed doing this, the possibilities it opens up are huge
You deserve to be famous one day because of your hard work 😊
Thanks! We love showing all the great things you can do with our materials :)
I would love to see a more detailed tutorial on this, I've recently purchased a pop two and I am learning from what RUclips videos exist but none of them are geared toward the make up industry
Hi Christopher, yes, we will do some longer scanning videos soon. We would definitely recommend downloading the most recent version of the software from Revopoint's website as tracking, fusing and meshing have all improved significantly
No words, just likessssssss! Get the following you deserve > 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙢
Very useful. What is the heat tolerance of the finished shape? I'm thinking I might be able to use this this to make a form (buck) that can be used in vacuum forming plastic sheeting. The PETG vacuum forming sheet's working temperature varies but 65 deg C is minimum... thanks.
Hi, Thanks for your enquiry! The manufacturer has successfully tested it up to 120 deg C. We also have another customer who is using it to produce vac forming bucks and reports it is very good, not needing long to cool back down after use. So it should be great for your application!
@@neillsmaterials3968 Brilliant many thanks. (Annoyingly RUclips didn't tell me you'd replied?)
Probably more suitable for Halloween but nice to see someone else uses simple molding techniques.
Thanks Dave! Yes, we thought it would be more interesting and detailed to use an anatomical, rather than stylised heart :)
