You should make a video about CSIQ and NEE ☝️
I'm 54 and my wife and I are VERY worried about our future, gas and food prices rising daily. We have had our savings dwindle with the cost of living into the stratosphere, and we are finding it impossible to replace them. We can get by, but can't seem to get ahead. My condolences to anyone retiring in this crisis, 30 years nonstop just for a crooked system to take all you worked for...
I feel your pain mate, as a fellow retiree, I’d suggest you look into passive index fund investing and learn some more. For me, I had my share of ups and downs when I first started looking for a consistent passive income so I hired an expert advisor for aid, and following her advice, I poured $30k in value stocks and digital assets, Up to 200k so far and pretty sure I'm ready for whatever comes...
@@AlilatTiamiyu That's actually quite impressive, I could use some Info on your FA, I am looking to make a change on my finances this year as well
@@johnawara9719 My advisor is MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY;
You can look her up online
@@AlilatTiamiyu The crazy part is that those advisors are probably outperforming the market and raising good returns but some are charging fees over fees that drain your portfolio. Is this the case with yours too?
You assume people have 50% disposable income, but in reality it's like 20-30%
No. But this is what the rule is to get to financial freedom faster.
@@Investmentinspiration to be rich first? Most "needs" are fix cost, not variable cost.
My needs are like 90% 😂
Airjoule will be that one company where everyone that makes anything related to air conditioning or compressing air for that matter, will pay dividends to. Airj /airjw
Filing K1 in 28 states is a real drag.
MLPs can cause a lot of tax complications for sure!
I'm retired. I use the Vanguard Wellington and Wellesley. 50% in each which gives me 50% stocks and 50% bonds.
Nice video
Thanks for watching!
I couldn't make it through your video, that music. I will check out UGI though
Thanks for trying! lol. Testing different formats and styles. Really want to make it easier to consume and provide some good ideas.
I agree the music is annoying 😂😂
Thanks for this! I've been advised to look at foreign stocks (I'm in the UK) and especially dividend paying ones. Do you have any vids on value commodities?
I do not have any videos on Value Commodities. I’d like to know what you mean by that as I have never heard that term used. I’ve traded commodities like Natural Gas, Oil, Corn and Wheat but I’ve never referred to them as “value”. If you could help me understand more what you mean I’d be happy to look into it. Here is a video on international stocks that Kevin O’Leary has in his portfolio: The Best International High Yield Dividend Stocks by Kevin O'leary To Buy In 2023 ruclips.net/video/2sX--0vxSPM/видео.html

VTI, VYM for the win!
Definitely great choices!
What are you buying for 2024 in your Roth IRA?
Great video, one that folks really need to watch. I' m 50, retired a while at 45. 1 have 35% of my capital invstments in an IRA. 25% in index funds, and the balance spread across other investment accts. in cumulative of over $ 5M. I receive income from my rental properties too. Zero debt and all is going accordingly. My financial consultant has been patient and has done a wonderful job for me throughout the years.
Honestly this cannot be overemphasized, helping people mitigate unforseen circumstances and mistakes .It's always good to have a financial plan,
No doubt being financially free and not having to worry much about health care and other expenses cannot be overemphasized, making smart plans and setting up diversified investment portfolios is quite essential.
indeed, most people downplay the roles of financial planners until burnt by there mistakes. Productivity is optimized and keeping up to date strategies and analysis makes it more lucrative. I've been able to navigate the volatilities and scaled up 880k from 220k with professional guidance.

CCJ is an interesting ticker. I have day traded it before and I can do a deeper dive into it if time permits.
@@Investmentinspiration Would be great! A keeper in my portfolio ✅
I loved this channel, it's helping me a lot to search some opportunities in American and International stocks (I'm from Brazil and I'm going to Canada soon)

The first few items you mentioned about what you are limited to 'sale' to your clients is one of the main reasons why I DID NOT go for a financial planner job. I saw how limited my dad was in what he could offer his clients when he knew there were better options available for them, but he couldn't even mention them due to his company ties. Great video, very eye opening.
Thanks for watching. Yea, I don’t think being a financial planner is bad. It’s just the industry sucks for professionals who want to really be a better person. I’m sure a lot of professions are like that. Regulations to cover the company’s liabilities.
What is your opinion on investing in precious metals?
I would have to ask what your reasons are for that? Many people come to me and ask about investing in precious metals as an inflation hedge, or as a way to have your “currency” be out of the traditional banking system. If it’s the former (inflation issues), than I think having some, maybe 7-10% of your portfolio in it is enough. If you ever heard of the Tony Robbins investment style or “All weather” portfolio, then it can be a good thing. If it’s the latter… than I’d ask you this, how many people do you know that would be willing to trade physical gold and silver for necessities that you need? And if the banking system fails, how will you transact anything? Too many unknowns for me to give an opinion other than I wouldn’t invest in physical precious metals. Hope this helps! I can also do a video on gold and other commodity ETFs and the Tony Robbins investment portfolio style (which is basically Ray Dalio’s “All weather” portfolio).
@@Investmentinspiration Our state recently passed a law stating that gold and silver coins must be taken as currency. so I am interested to see if that catches on.
Interesting! At what exchange rate and conversion cost? The only issues I can see is that those who have these precious metal coins maybe targeting for theft and how does the government intend on tracking the transactions (regarding the patriot act and other bank related transaction monitoring for terrorism and illegal money laundering).
I'm a fan of solar inverters like enphase. Also a fan of ev stocks like rivn, TSLA, lcid... And the future of ev power will come from solid state batteries versus lithium so top solid state battery companies
It’s funny to be people skip on XLK who has out performed them all.
These are meant to be more risk reward plays than the index. XLK is great for those looking to play AAPL and MSFT 45% of its assets in AAPL and MSFT. If I were going to play a tech diversified ETF I would go with VGT. Then trade AAPL MSFT GOOGL straight stock to harvest the single stock returns. Not sure if I mentioned in this video, but in my AI ETF video I suggest looking at the top holdings of the ETF to see if buying the stock outright rather than paying a fee and getting a concentration in a few stocks might be worth your time. Thanks for watching!
@@Investmentinspiration that’s fine, you can play your more risky, either way XLK has out performed last 10 and while under VGT since inception the risk with XLK is just as significant as VGT so I don’t get your point here but, okay. 45% whole VGT is 43% in the same two companies so I’m again confused on your logic there as well.
@@WHlSKYxand IGM outperforms xlk by 140% over a 10y performance that’s $20k difference I’m confused here. Xlk got 70 holdings your gonna want more diversification over time
What else do you think investors should know?
Great list of items to do when you want to save and earn passive income.
Glad you enjoyed it!
What steps are you taking to prepare? Do you even think it will affect you?
I think a lot of companies are also trying to get away from lithium as it will run out soon and we need to mine it from the rainforests 😢
I hope that doesn’t happen!
Your clearly uneducated then if you think thats true.
what do you think of HNOI shares? and expected growth
I have never taken a look at this stock. The first issue I see is that it’s only OTC which means that it’s not very liquid. Also, a big part of their holding is in the Philippines. It would be quite difficult to get good data from there and transparency issues may arise. Is there a reason why you were looking at this stock? It’s not well researched at the institutional level. Seems like something that may get “hype” as a one off, from various lesser known sources.
@@Investmentinspiration looking to buy the lowest priced clean energy companies any recommendations to look at? thanks for responding
I’ll make a list of the lowest prices renewable energy companies on the listed exchanges!
what's the best broker recommended ?
I use WeBull and MooMoo for trading simply because I like their trading platform. But for overall investing I have Public, and TDAmeritrade. The OTC stock you mentioned HNOI isn’t available on any of those platforms. You may need to call your broker to purchase OTC stocks. (WeBull and TD ameritrade list it, but you cannot purchase it on their platform).
Why don't you include statistical information as the background video, not lame filler videos?
I’ve found that it’s less interesting for people who come to watch a video, and not just have me read a slide show. Helps keep the audience engaged and to hear the information. But if you’d like more statistics and data I can do that in upcoming videos.
Thanks for this great info! Do you think there are any downsides to AI technologies that may effect their value in the future?
The main ones I went over quickly in the end: Regulatory, Technological, Market. Stock, I think the biggest issue now is the speed of evolution of AI. We don’t know if it’s the newest tool (ChatGPT), company (Anthropic), or regulation (Sam Altman’s testimony this past week) that’s going to negatively or positively impact the individual company or sector. I’d say, put some extra money as an experiment if you have interest in AI. If not, then of you’re already holding the big index funds you already have the major players in AI.

Here is a comparison on ETF.com. www.etf.com/etfanalytics/etf-comparison/SPY-vs-OUSA But keep in mind this list is not of his top holding in the strategy, it’s his top yielding stocks inside the index. So the performance will be different.

I Wonder how BMW will do with all the nice Korean and Chinese cars on the market. Plus high oil and natural gas prices. (P.s. You need natural gas to run these types of a factory).
We will see. It’s really hard to say because that was the narrative before with the Japanese cars. BMW is a luxury car though. So the Korean and Chinese shops will need to cater to the people that fall into those markets. I.e. people that will just buy a new car when their old one “smells” old. And all the nuances that come with that.
@@Investmentinspiration "that was the narrative before with the Japanese cars" I don't remember this narrative. When did we have this type of situation with the energy shortage or crazy prices as we have now? We never had a situation like this. Plus, Korean cars are on the same level as German cars. Let's just take Geneses, for example. My family thinks it's a better car. I don't know much about Chinese luxury cars, but I am sure they can build them as well as Koreans. They have all technology for that now. But to clarify what I meant. Then more luxury cars are on the market, then less pie for Germans. And us I understand the situation correctly. Lots of German companies are being transferred to the US now. So, German manufacturing is actually shrinking rapidly. And they are running from Germany not because they want it but because they have to. But right, we are talking about stock. BMW stock, as an American company, will do just fine.
I see more BMWs on the road and Tesla where I live everyday. With BMW sending more factories out to America I can imagine in the near future robotics could replace the labor force and the arbitrage of shipping costs versus local production and distribution might change. I'm not so honed into the car market to know the specifics on where that line is though.
@@Investmentinspiration Do you know that pregnant couples see babies everywhere? 😉 You probably see these cars cause you like them. Try to count how many Hyundais you see on the way home. You will be surprised.
Confirmation bias for sure. I actually like Tesla's. Hyundai's I do see a lot of. But I mostly see out here where I live is Fords and Buicks. BMWs are much more plentiful than where I used to live. Personally, I drive a Toyota.

This video is click bait and not good financial advise. Some of these companies are solid dividend paying companies and discouraging away from blue chip companies?
Sorry you feel that way, and as a general reminder non of the information here is considered financial advice. All for educational and entertainment purposes only. Please do your own research as you are ultimately responsible for your investment decisions.
@@Investmentinspiration No sorry you feel that way. You are giving financial advise and the title is for clicks and entertainment. Remember ultimately take responsibility for what you put out there on the internet trying to influence people for views.
I wouldn't sell these companies if you own them now. (Then again none of this is "Financial Advice"). But as far as looking at blue chip companies as THE reason to buy more now as they are discounted, many of the names in this have very serious issues that other blue chip companies do not have. PG, CVX, DVN, HAL, LLY, HON, JNJ, PFE, (the names, named in the list) all have serious issues that are problematic. Now yes, you could argue that if these things reverse the stock could shoot up, there are alternative blue chip stocks that could be a better alternative. Interestingly, a lot of the names in this list that are a NOT buy, are in Jim Cramer's top picks list from earlier this year that I did. Thank you for your feed back. I tend to provide a more optimistic approach to my videos because my goal is to get people thinking about investing, and to start early. But, I do need to give some warnings on larger names sometimes in order to provide some level of counter balance. Thank you for your reply. :D
@@Investmentinspiration so I guess your saying for 2023
I like the idea of a side hustle to earn more money during a recession.
Thanks for watching! Yes side hustles are a great way to earn more money during a recession. Also, how about starting a small farm?
@@Investmentinspiration LOL! You know how to make a million dollars by farming? Start with two million dollars. You can grow some wonderful, healthy food, but there's not much money in it.
@@TheOldMayfieldPlace You don't need a million dollars to be rich! Just enough to have wonderful healthy food. Remember in the days of the spice road? Those that had great tasting food were what made you the rich!
@@Investmentinspiration 💜💜💜 You are absolutely right! If you have your heath you are rich beyond measure.
@@TheOldMayfieldPlace I would have to agree. I am hoping to look into some farms nearby that I can partner with to potentially get direct food supply from in the near future.
