Hi, Lolo the error 26 means Error the vacuum is experiencing insufficient airflow. To fix this error begin by removing the Cleaning Head Module. Next, inspect the fan/scroll/vacuum assembly for debris. Be sure to inspect both the entrance and exhaust. Then remove any debris using compressed air or Air Duster and replace the Bin Filter. After you do that Rotate the metallic portion of the Vacuum Motor. Three (3) full rotations clockwise, then counter-clockwise. If this doesnt work you will need to replace the Cleaning Head module
